The Network of the National Library of Medicine, Region 3 (NNLM R3) is pleased to facilitate two (2) health literacy-focused LIS graduate student internships for the Spring academic semester in 2025 (January 21 - April 30, 2025). These are not paid internships; they are intended for students pursuing practicum credits through their current LIS graduate program. All internship opportunities are fully remote with the possibility of travel. The NNLM National Center for Data Services is happy to announce the return of the new, improved Data Services On-Demand Modules! These four freely available, self-paced modules offer MLA CE hours and satisfy the core requirement for the MLA Data Services Specialization (DSS) Level I certificate. The modules cover Research Data Management, Data Sharing, Data Ethics, and Open Science and each consist of approximately four hours of readings, videos, knowledge checks, and assignments.
