Access to subscription-based biomedical literature remains a significant barrier for physicians practicing outside academic health systems, particularly in rural and under-resourced communities. This session will present the design, implementation, and first-year outcomes of a statewide subsidized article delivery service developed to eliminate paywall barriers and support evidence-based practice.
