Greetings All!

The Research Committee of the ACRL Science and Technology Section (STS) will host its Research Forum long-form presentations and lightning talks to coincide with the 2025 American Library Association Annual Conference to highlight research and practitioner projects related to science and technology librarianship. The committee is seeking proposals to present at the Annual STS Virtual Research Forum. Registration for ALA Annual and STS membership is NOT required in order to present.

The session will be held virtually on Tuesday June 17, 2025
Proposal Deadline: March 14, 2025 extended to March 31, 2025

The STS Research Forum provides an excellent opportunity to share original research that is in progress or nearly complete. Options to participate in the Forum include: 

Submissions should clearly address the following: 

Submissions will be anonymously peer-reviewed and selected based on the quality of the submission and the demonstration of significant progress toward completing the research project by June 2025. 

NOTE: Please do not include any identifying elements (name, institution, etc.) in your abstract or title.
