On Monday, July 21, the 2008/2009 SCC/MLA election ballots will be distributed to you by email.  The balloting is being handled as usual through SCC's SurveyMonkey subscription.  The 2008/2009 HLIS election ballots will be distributed at the same time.  Please note that everyone will receive an email about the SCC ballot, but only members of HLIS will receive a second email specifically about the HLIS ballot.
 
If you do not see the ballot(s) in your email inboxes, be sure to check your Junk Mail folder or email spam list (if you have one) since some email programs consider these messages to be spam.  This happens because we use the SCC's email address -- [log in to unmask] -- as the sending address.  You might want to go ahead and add the email address to your address books to ensure that mail sent from it can be delivered properly.
 
If you are still unable to locate the email(s) after checking those places, please contact me with an alternate email address that we might try instead.
