In preparation for the upcoming Annual Meeting, and in particular the Business Meeting Lunch, I am sending out the Minutes from the 2008 Business Meeting.  These will need to be approved by the membership present at this year's lunch on October 20 in Tulsa.  Please read over them in preparation for the meeting.  If you wish to print out a copy to prepare for the meeting, you are welcome to do so.  In an attempt to make our meetings more cost-efficient and environmentally sound, print copies will not be handed out at the meeting.
 
The minutes are also available on the SCC/MLA website, in the Member Resources area.
 
I look forward to seeing many of you at the meeting - the last registration number I heard was 179!  A remarkable number in light of tight budgets, isn't it?
